Hands-on Review: SmrtCase SmrtWallet for iPhone
I first came across SmrtCase, a mobile phone accessory manufacturer based in New Brunswick, NJ, back in April whilst strolling the back alleys at CTIA WIRELESS 2010. The interesting design of the polymer Glide case, which incorporates a card slot on its back (more on this below) is what first caught my eye. But after perusing through the rest of the tiny booth, the item I really fell in love with was the SmrtWallet, a faux leather sleeve that doubles as a wallet. So you can imagine my excitement when the latter arrived on my desk.

Hands-on Review: Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant

The 4" Super AMOLED screen of Samsung's Galaxy S Vibrant delivers a visually heightened version of the Web, igniting Web pages, photographs, maps, and movies with all the intense vibrancy of a Las Vegas Casino. This is the Internet if it were made of neon billboards, reflective surfaces, and permanent night.
Hands-on Review: Otterbox Defender Series Case for iPad

Warning: if you're one of those design-conscious folks who thinks that any remotely sizeable case for an Apple product is a disgrace to the sleek and sexy construction of the Cupertino company's products, the Otterbox Defender Series case for the iPad is not for you.
Hands-on Review: BlackBerry Pearl 3G 9100

The BlackBerry Pearl has finally gone 3G! We all know and love the Pearl as RIM's first true foray into the "consumer" market after years of carrying the torch as the "business" brand. And now the tiny smartphone (indeed, this one is the tiniest in the line-up at 108 x 50 x 13.3mm and 93 grams) has finally been given the full, 3G treatment.
Hands-on Review: BlueAnt Supertooth 3 vs. BlueAnt S4

BlueAnt's S4, the follow-up product to its popular Supertooth 3 Bluetooth speakerphone, adds some notable new features, including enhanced, futuristic-like voice commands. How well does it work? And should you wait for this model instead of buying the tried-and-true S3?
Hands-on Review: Indigo's Kobo eReader

Compared to the competition, the Kobo eReader has few bells and no whistles. But it addresses the issue of consumers spending hundreds of dollars on books in a year. Why should I have to spend the equivalent on a device to read them? This will be the key selling point when Indigo launches its first eReader in May.
OverGeeked: Advance Review of the BlackBerry Presenter

Some of the best presentations are given inside elevators and in the backs of cabs; in intimate spaces where it isn't the audience that's captive, it's the speaker. No podium, no computer screen to hide behind, just a clear space between speaker and listeners, where the faces share ideas and the concepts are more impressive for it.
Hands-On Review: XM SkyDock

There's no question that satellite radio is compelling. It's commercial-free music in a multi-verse of channels that cater to those with discerning tastes and eclectic needs. Few would turn it down if it were free.
Hands-on Review: HTC Dream Android Phone

The HTC Dream is one of only two Android-based phones available in Canada, the other also from HTC (the Magic). We all know the iPhone rules for fun and apps; and the BlackBerry rules for business and e-mails. So where does this device fit? I took one out for a spin to find out.
Hands-on Review: Samsung CLEO (SCH-u440) Messaging Phone

The feminine CLEO comes in three colours: pink, blue, and champagne (all with daises and leaves stencilled in complementary colours). Its square-ish dimensions give it the appearance of a makeup compact when shut.
Hands-on Review: LG Voyager (VX-1000) Smartphone

More of a multimedia handset than a traditional phone, the LG Voyager has a touchscreen and supports both push e-mail and Web-browsing, driving its price up to $430 without a contract from Telus, or $80 with a three-year plan.
