Following the successful conclusion of its Sennheiser Sound Tour, the German headphones manufacturer is holding a contest that will afford one lucky winner (and five of his friends) a $10,000 "sound hook up."
The Sennheiser Sound Hook Up can consist of a private concert with a favourite artist, a trip to a foreign country to attend a popular music festival, a new music studio; entrants are asked to be as bold and creative as possible in their choices.
To enter, send in a video, write an essay, or submit a series of photos that depict what your $10,000 Sennheiser Sound Hook Up would look like, and that explains why you deserve to win the ultimate prize. All submissions must include Sennheiser products, and reflect how important good sound is to you. The chosen five friends must also be noted in the video, essay, or photos. The winner will see his $10,000 ultimate sound experience come to life with Sennheiser "hooking it up."
Entries will be accepted starting Friday, November 6, 2009 and through to December 31. Three finalists will be selected in January 2010, and the winner will be chosen later that month, with his ultimate hook-up being documented on camera for the Sennheiser Sound Tour Website. Throughout the contest time period, various prizes will also be given out.

At the latter address, visitors can also see webisodes of the Sennheiser Sound Tour members. Two teams of young men and women traveled across Canada and the U.S. this past summer to spread the word about Sennheiser, filming their antics along the way. Each week, the teams would compete to accomplish different tasks in the respective cities they were in, with one team on the west coast and the other on the east. These included things like getting onto a celebrity tour bus, and crashing a wedding.
