The 3DeeShell from Toronto, ON-based Spatial View Inc. is an iPhone case that doubles as a way to view compatible images, video, and games in 3D without having to don a pair of cheesy glasses.
The 3DeeShell consists of a standard fitted shell or protective "skin" for the iPhone, along with a lenticular 3D lens that slides over a portion of the phone's screen so that users can instantly view 3D imagery through content that can be produced using apps available on the iTunes App Store under the Wazabee brand name. For example, 3DeeFriends is an app that lets you upload photos to Facebook as interlaces, anaglyph, side-by-side or cross-over 3D images for viewing through the Shell. 3DeeCamera lets you actually snap a photo using the iPhone's built-in camera, than view it as a red/cyan, red/blue, or red/green 3D image (using optional glasses), or in parallel or cross view, side-by-side modes without the glasses. Several other applications are available from the firm.
