Are you one of those iPhone users who pine for a keyboard with keys that move when you depress them?
If so, a new accessory from NUU Ltd., a privately held company that was founded in Hong Kong in 2009, may be just the ticket.
The firm's Web site provides only the sketchiest of details about Mini-key for iPhone4 at this time, but we can gather that it's a hard plastic case that slips around the iPhone, and then slides up to angle the phone in landscape mode towards the user while the keyboard sits flat.
There's no word on when the accessory, which has been just introduced at the IFA Show (taking place in Berlin from September 3 through 8) will be available, but its target price is US$60.
The photo you see (taken from the firm's Web site) shows no dock connection, so we infer from the Bluetooth symbol that connection with the iPhone4 is wireless.
NUU adds that the case resolves the antenna issue, which comes as no surprise as the plastic shell wraps around the entire perimeter of the iPhone.
NUU provides no measurements for the case, which appears to add considerable bulk to the iPhone4's svelte dimensions. At least it comes with its own battery for Bluetooth transmission (we assume), and to illuminate the keyboard without draining the iPhone.
