Huawei will now provide LTE RAN (radio access network) equipment to Bell Mobility, to continue the expansion of Bell's recently launched LTE wireless network.

This announcement was made at a signing ceremony today in Beijing, with Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and Bell Canada officials in attendance.

Bell's LTE wireless network currently reaches over six million Canadians.

"As a global company at the forefront of this evolution, we are thrilled to expand our longstanding relationship with Bell as they continue to bring LTE to Canadians."
