Chief has introduced the WP2 series, the company's newest addition to its collection of short throw projector mounts.

This series is said to have installer-friendly features that allow individuals to easily achieve ideal placement and alignment. This is made possible through micro leveling and lateral shift capabilities, as well as variable extension, which lets the mount slide along the arm for infinite projector placement.

The WP2 series can be mounted on a number of surfaces including, concrete, block wall, brick, dual wood, or dual steel studs. It also has an integrated inlay-style cable management feature that keeps cables hidden. Furthermore, the WP2 series is compatible with Chief's RPA, Elite, RPA Mini, and Elite Mini Series projector mounts. It supports wall-mounted long throw projectors as well.

Currently, there are three length options available for the series. There is a 24" model that is shipping now, plus 40" and 56" versions that will be available by the end of the month.

Canadian pricing is being looked into.
