Sound ID's new 300 Bluetooth headset operates on the 2.1+EDR standard, which allows for instant pairing without a pass code; as well as benefits like lower power consumption.
The headset comes with features developed by Sound ID's own team of acoustic scientists, including NoiseNavigation, which optimizes speech intelligibility and reduced wind and background noise; and PersonalSound, which consists of three listening modes, each tuned to common hearing preferences. Automatic volume control compensates for variable noise situations, like driving or entering a crowded shopping mall so the user doesn't need to keep adjusting the sound.
The 8-gram headset affords up to six hours of talk time and 9 days standby, and comes with three sizes of RealComfort ear-loops, an ear hook, AC charger, and USB cable (it recharges via standard micro USB.)
The Sound ID 300 is currently available at Best Buy Canada for $129.99.
