At an event in Vancouver, BC yesterday, LG Electronics debuted its new Concierge Advantage program, which gives the commercial market customized digital signage systems that includes hardware, service, technical support, financing options, and marketing/sales support.
The Concierge Advantage program, says LG, will help the manufacturer delve deeper into the Canadian commercial A/V market, targeting sectors like hospitality, health care, retail, banking, and government. It will include features like on-site servicing, rapid response, certified sales training, and turn-key leasing from GE Capital Vendor Financing Group.
Complementing the program is a couple new series of commercial-grade displays. The Pro:Centric LG700H series functions as a digital concierge, which links to various activities and services. Clearly, its target market will be hotels and other similar venues. The Pro:Idiom models, meanwhile, afford access to cable or satellite TV, or video-on-demand services. Both boast EcoSmart environmentally friendly features that result in less power consumption, and, of course, come with full service and support.
The key to the Concierge Advantage system, says the firm, will be customization.
"[This will help] take the LG Commercial division to the next level," notes the company in a prepared announcement.
